It is amazing to me that it has been 7 1/2 years since the picture was taken. It has been inspiring to me and an anchor in my life. I have talked to many people about the picture and they just can believe that it is fireworks and that Eric, Steve and I didn't somehow make the fireworks to look like that. I have put the picture into a video and have posted it on www.youtube.com which you can view if you want. It shows the picture in a different way, almost in motion because of the zooming in effect that I put on it. The reason I put this picture out there is because I want people to see it and know that even though the times we are going through now and into the future may be bad. He is their for us and will carry us through the bad times. So, I guess if I were to give a message here in 2009, it would be come back to God and invite him into your lives! God's Blessings Brett

Updated 01-17-2007 Hello, It has now been almost two years since I updated this website. I have remodeled the look of the web site and hope it is better than what I started with. I want to share with you some of the things that have transpired in the last two years. It has been truly amazing watching God at work in people. We have had two successful Christian Cross Festivals (www.christiancrossfestival.org) and it has been truly amazing! The people I have worked with have been awesome. I have seen doors open up that humble my thoughts! The festival is a great OutReach to our community, sharing in Christian Music as well as testimonials of other Christians. After almost six years since the picture landed into my lap, I look back and see that the picture to me was an inspiration that has led me to be closer to God. I enjoy working with the Christian Cross Festival and will continue it as long as God allows me to. I pray that each of you are touched by the detail of the picture and how amazing it is that something like this is for everyone to see. I also pray that you will open your hearts and ask God to come into your lives! Pass It On, so the world will know! Peace! God's Blessings Brett Updated 02-02-2005 It's been several months since I have updated the news page. Something great is in the works for Northeast Nebraska. The Cross picture has inspired our church to Reach Out to our community and other Christian Churches. We are working on having a Festival at Sky View Lake/Park in Norfolk, NE., it should be a good event reaching out to over 1000 churches as well as many communities in north east Nebraska. The event will be on Sunday, June 5th from 1-9:45pm. For more details you can go to the site www.christiancrossfestival.org. Updated 06-14-2004 The Fireworks Cross picture continues to get views from many people. Currently I submitted the picture to www.ghoststudy.com just trying to get the picture seen by more people. www.dailyspirit.com has picked up the website and put it on there site. Thousands of new visitors are now coming daily to see the picture. I pray that if nothing else the picture reminds us all of a father that loves us so that he would give his son for us to be forgiven! Updated 03-06-2004 Continue to pass the cross picture on to people around the world, I hope someday that the picture can be seen by everyone and that they will look at the picture as I do, an amazing un-explainable as it is. Update: 10-12-02 I had emailed Donahue back in August I got an email back saying they had passed it onto his producers. We will see what happens. Late August 2001 I offered the site to a few news channels in the surrounding area. Wowt channel 6 out of Omaha is the only one that has aired the the cross so far. They did a nice job of showing it! Since it was seen on Wowt channel six, the networks of NBC picked it up. Many Television channels around the nation have aired the Fireworks Cross. A Channel in San Antonio, Texas (KMOL) put it on their web site after airing it and I received close to 2000 hits from just there. Other places that I know aired it were in Boston, Albany, Little Rock, Pittsburgh, Colorado and Phoenix. I am sure it showed in other areas, but I can't confirm them. I have sent Dateline and Ripley's the site and picture. Still awaiting news from them. I need everyone's help that has a computer to send this to their friends. It is a neat picture and I vouch that it is no Hoax, as we seem to see so many. This picture is what it is, without any modifications.
